With deep roots in the Hernando and Citrus County communities, I bring more than four decades of local knowledge and experience to my real estate career. As a Realtor, I am passionate about helping people navigate the process of buying or selling a home with confidence, honesty, and personal attention. Family is at the heart of who I am. I am a wife, mother of four, and grandmother to eleven wonderful grandchildren. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family on our cattle farm, surrounded by the beauty of the country. I grew up in this rural community and have called it home for more than 40 years. I raised my family here and now have the privilege of watching my grandchildren grow up in the same community. It has given me a unique perspective on how the area has grown and changed while still maintaining the qualities that make it feel like home.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I had the privilege of working in elementary education. My years in education taught me the importance of listening, understanding individual needs, communicating clearly, and helping people feel comfortable through the process of learning something new. Those experiences continue to serve me well in real estate, where every client and every situation is different. My interest in real estate, architecture, and home design eventually led me to pursue a career where I could combine those interests with my love of helping people.

For sellers, I enjoy helping them prepare their homes to make the best possible impression. I have an eye for seeing simple changes that can make a home feel more inviting and showcase its best features. Whether it’s rearranging a space, making a few small improvements, or simply presenting the home differently, I enjoy helping sellers see their home from a buyer’s perspective. Once the home is ready, I use professional photography, MLS exposure, and online marketing to help showcase the property and reach potential buyers.

For buyers, I enjoy helping them look beyond what they see at first glance and envision the possibilities a home may offer. My interest in real estate, architecture, and home design has given me an appreciation for how a different layout, design, or use of space can change the way a home feels and functions. I enjoy helping buyers recognize those possibilities while also finding a home that fits their needs, budget, lifestyle, and vision for the future.

My faith is an important part of who I am and how I approach my work. “The integrity of the upright guides them.” — Proverbs 11:3 I believe in treating people honestly, keeping my word, working diligently, and doing what is right—even when no one is watching.
